Great location near markets and Chinatown. Comfy bed, spotlessly clean room. TV with chrome cast and awesome city view from 31st floor. Wilson parking nearby. Incredible shower pressure and instant heat. Great room!

The location of the hotel was perfect, being very central to everything. It was conveniently near non-touristy areas, allowing for a more authentic experience. The room was lovely and comfortable, with a big TV and a modern and clean bathroom. The service provided by the staff was great, with friendly and helpful receptionists. The buffet breakfast offered a wide range of options, including the choice of St Ali or Nespresso coffee.
The cleanliness of the hotel room was not up to par, with cups being stained and the room not being properly cleaned during the stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Novotel. The staff were wonderful and the room was beautiful with a great view. The attached restaurants were delightful and the breakfast was perfect. Despite a small inconvenience with the bed, our overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a fantastic choice if you're looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the heart of the city. The location could not be more perfect, as it is situated right in the hub of Melbourne shopping precinct. Despite the construction site next door, the soundproofing is excellent. The service is impeccable, and room amenities such as the mini-bar and tea/coffee facilities are restocked daily. In addition, the staff are very friendly and helpful.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
